Our going on plan is located in the district of Sant Martí in Barcelona, next to Sant Pau Hospital.

 This an historic district, very commercial and well comunicated by public transport.

We are constructing a six floors buliding with a basement floor to be destined to storage-room for each apartment.

There will be five apartments with one double-room and one single-room, living-room, kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has his own peculiarity: indoor patio, private terrace on top of the building or direct acces to the apartment from the lift.

Three split level apartments with one bedroom, living-room, kitchen and bathroom; one with an indoor patio and another one with a private terrace on top of the building.

All the equipment of this building will work with electricity. Each apartment will have air-con (heat and cool), built-in cupboards, high quality kitchen furniture, oven, stove, extractor fan and dishwasher.

The conclusion of this building will be in the year 2008.
